Phone lines for practices · run by iTech Plus, Florida

Your office phones,
set up before they arrive.

Pick how many lines you need. Each one comes with a desk phone that's already set up for your practice: plug it in and it rings. Choose a color display, or a big 5-inch color screen. Keep the number your patients already know, or take a new one.

From $35 per line a month, desk phone included while your plan is active, plus Florida communications taxes and 911 fee · keep your number · month to month

How it works

Order online. Plug in. Answer patients.

No phone system to buy and no server in your closet. Your lines run on iTech's own hosted phone system.

Tell us about your office

Choose your lines and pay by card. In your dashboard, add where to ship the phones, the 911 address for each phone, and whether you want a new number or to keep yours.

We ship ready-to-go phones

Each phone is set up for your practice before it ships. Your dashboard shows each step and the tracking number, and we email you as it happens.

Plug in and you're live

Connect each phone to your office network. If you're keeping your number, it works on a temporary number until your old phone company releases it.

Who it's for

Small practices that just want the phones to work.

Medical offices

A front desk, a billing line and the doctor's office, each with its own extension and voicemail.

Dental practices

Patients keep calling the number they know. You get phones that are set up and supported by people you can call.

Therapy and specialty clinics

One to 25 lines, and you can add one when you hire.

Offices moving off an old line

Moving from a copper line or an old phone system? We handle the number transfer with your current phone company.

What's included, and what isn't

The essentials, done well.

With every line

  • A desk phone, included while your plan is active
  • Set up before it ships: plug it in and it connects
  • An extension and voicemail
  • A new local number, or the transfer of the number you have
  • 911 that sends the address you give us for that phone
  • Support by email and phone, 8am to 6pm ET, Monday to Friday

What it doesn't do

  • Work during a power or internet outage at your office
  • Move the 911 address by itself when a phone moves: you update it in the dashboard
  • Set a transfer date: your current phone company does
  • Sell phones on their own: phones come with a line

Pricing

One price per line. The phone is included.

A line is one phone on one desk, with its own number or extension. Pick the phone you want for the whole office: every line on your plan gets the same one.

  • A desk phone for every line, set up for you
  • Your extension and voicemail
  • A new number or the transfer of your existing one
  • 911 address on file for every phone
  • Order tracking and an email at every step
  • Support by email and phone, 8am to 6pm ET, Monday to Friday

911 and straight answers

What you should know before you buy.

We'd rather tell you now than have you find out later.

01911 uses the address on file

Every line has a 911 address: the street address and the suite or room where that phone sits. A 911 call from that phone sends that address. A line can't go live until it has one.

02Moved a phone? Update its address

If you move a phone to another room, suite or building, update its 911 address in your dashboard first. Otherwise a 911 call may send responders to the old place.

03No power or internet, no phones and no 911

The phones work over your office internet. During a power outage or an internet outage, they can't make calls, including to 911. Keep a mobile phone handy for emergencies.

04Your old phone company sets the transfer date

Keeping your number means asking your current phone company to release it. It usually takes a few days, up to about 2 weeks, and they set the date, so we can't promise one. Meanwhile, forward your number to your temporary number, and keep your current service until we email you that the transfer is done.

FAQ

Questions people ask.

Something else? Ask us or call (321) 221-7117.

Can we keep our phone number?

Yes. Fill in a short transfer form in your dashboard (one per phone company account: your main line, fax and the other lines on it): the account number, the PIN if there is one, the billing number and a recent bill. The authorized person then signs a letter of authorization we email them. Until the transfer completes, each line works on a temporary number, and you forward your number to it so calls ring on the new phones. It usually takes a few days, up to about 2 weeks.

Who owns the phones?

iTech Plus, until that line has been live for 12 months. After that, the phone is yours to keep. If you cancel or remove a line before then, send the phone back with the prepaid label we email you.

What do we need on our side?

An internet connection at the office and a place to plug each phone in, by network cable or WiFi. If you're not sure your network is ready, call us before you order.

How long does it take?

It depends on shipping and, if you keep your number, on your current phone company. Your dashboard shows every step as it happens, and we email you at each one.

Can we add a line later?

Yes, from your dashboard. Each new line orders another phone. To remove a line, contact us: the phone comes back first.

How do we cancel?

From Billing in your dashboard, any time: month to month, no contract and no cancellation fee. If you cancel in the first 12 months, return the phone with our prepaid label within 30 days; a phone that isn't returned is charged its replacement cost to your card (see Terms). After 12 months, it's yours to keep. To keep your number, ask your new phone company to transfer it from us.

Who's behind this?
